Shwoing all tickets of two passengers in SBB app.

Hello,
I just purchases two tickets from Paris to Bern (transfer at Basel). However, I couldn’t see my ticket information in SBB app. I only could see my companion.

In one sentence, I would like to know how to see QR about including all of my companion and me. I know my ticket number that I checked in PC. I just want to add my ticket information in SBB app.

Domestic tickets are available on the SBB Mobile app provided you have used your user account to purchase them. Tickets that were purchased as a guest at the PC will not show up on the app.

In what concerns international tickets, it depends on the ticket type whether they do how up in the app or not.

Simply save your tickets as full PDF documents on your smart phone and show it from there. E-tickets require your physical passport upon ticket check in order to be valid.
