Hello, my mistake was in just one digit in the date of birth like 29 instead 27 when buying Swiss Half Fare Card. And while I use to buy the train tickets from my account on sbb.ch where the date of birth is correct, these data don’t match, which causes a problem during control. My question is how to correct the date of birth on Swiss HF Card or what to do now when the Swiss HF Card will be valid almost whole one month from now.
