I am from Australia and have just purchased a Swiss Half Fare Card for my trip to Switzerland in April/May. The pass shows up on my account and in the app, but it does not apply itself to any ticket purchases I try to make for the trip (rides are within the passes valid dates). I cannot find anywhere any details of how to apply the pass to the ticket purchases. How do I get it to apply to purchases?
