Adding pass to SBB account

When I purchased my Swiss Travel Pass I thought I was logged in, but I was not. How can I add my passes to the SBB account?

Welcome to the SBB Community.

It is not possible to add your Swiss Travel Pass retrospectively when it was purchased as a guest.

Simply use the PDF ticket as softcopy on your phone or hardcopy, together with your physical passport (no photo copy / no picture on smartphone).

RolandP SBB pass comes with a 25% discount on tickets from Grindelwald terminal to Jungfrau. But when i go to purchase it does not have an option to select SBB pass holder, just half day fare or full fare. So how can i get the 25% discount when booking online at sbb.com?

These tickets are only available at the ticket desk or from the Jungfrau website.

We do not recommend the prepurchase of tickets for Jungfraujoch. Simply purchase it at the day of travel.
