I’ve concluded a contract for Half Fare PLUS. When attempting to “Make a deposit now”, there is a fast popup that says something about no shopping basket found. Then it asks me to select my business or private account. After selecting the private account, there is a popup saying the same thing about a missing shopping basket. The popup disappears within a second. The account selection pops up again. This loops forever.
This is occuring on my mobile browser (Chrome, mobile and desktop version) and on my laptop (Chrome, Brave, Edge), in English, German and French versions of the webshop
I am unable to make a deposit online.
