I travelled to Zurich and needed to get to Torbel - did not move around, then one journey back to Zurich. I bought two supersaver tickets - which your system allowed. On arrival at Zurich airport, checked which platform and told as I hadn’t got some sort of pass, my ticket was invalid and made to pay an extra 68 francs. I explained I woudl be making two journeys after this transaction and therefore didn’t need a pass. She looked a bit embaressed. I checked this out with other Swiss travellers - all of whom said, I didn’t need too pay extra. I had bought and used in the correct manner - and crucially your system allowed that transation to take place. It has left a bas taste of Switzerland to be honest - I’ve paid twice for the same journey. I would like my this 68 swiss francs to be reimbursed to me. There is clearly a problem with your software, if it allows people to buy tickets in such a manner. Please note, my ticket from Torbel to Zurich, I was told was OK…..so how come Zurich to Torbel was not OK?
