Lost items are sent by courier shipment. You have to pay for it before the items are sent. Shipment arrangements can only be made by phone.
If you want to know the cost and arrange a shipment to Argentina, please call SBB: +41 51 225 56 78 (24/7, waiting times are possible; best to call during the night - CET time). You can only call by phone as you have to pay with your credit card.
Certainly, the shipment cost to Argentina is higher than to Italy.
