Hi I purchased 2x tickets online and received an email confirmation with a link to download my tickets. I’ve tried the link but takes me to the SBB website with an error. I have also tried to call the help line with no luck as I keep getting ‘due to technical difficulties the call cannot be completed’. Any advice in regards to contacting someone to retrieve the tickets which have been paid for. Thanks.
