Half fare card - Payment processed but technical issue shown by SBB

I tried buying 2 half fare card as a guest which was CHF 120 per person. I made the payment however after the payment was made SBB site showed technical error and it did not issued the passes. Will get the refund or the passes will be issued eventually or what ?

You should always create an account, it is easier to find if an order was successful or not.

It could take a few days until the amount is refunded on your bank account or a temporary reservation disappears. If you cannot wait, you should call the SBB Contact Center with this number:

+41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).

Yes, after a technical problem the amount is usually automatically refunded, but it is an asynchronous process.

Wait a few days to see if you get automatically a refund (see above). Or you can try to contact the SBB with the chat:

You could also check your spam folder to be sure that you didn’t receive a mail.
