The bank deducted the amount from my account for my Swiss Pass.

I got CHF1026 deducted from my CC, but no confirmation mail received from SBB or no family pass received. what steps to be taken?

Welcome to the SBB Community. In Switzerland, greeting before asking a question is considered courteous 🙂

→ You are not purchasing a Swiss Pass. You are purchasing a Swiss Travel Pass.

→ If the payment failed, the bank will send you the money back. The amount is simply reserved, you did not pay anything.

→ Make sure your credit card supports 3D secure ID otherwise the payment will fail again. Then, fill in all data using full capital letters before sending the order.

Did you create an account? In this case you can check the order list. Did you also check your spam folder? Another possibility is that the E-mail address was false.

It could take more as 48 hours to obtain a refund, be patient. If you travel in the next days and you cannot wait, you can call the SBB Contact Center with this number:

+41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).
