I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding an incident on 12.04.2025, when I was found without a valid ticket while traveling from Sargans to Pfäffikon. I fully acknowledge my mistake and deeply regret this, especially as it is my third violation.
As someone who is still relatively new to Switzerland, I found the zone system confusing, and unfortunately, I misplaced the map that was given to me earlier. On top of this, I have been recovering from a recent surgery and struggling with anxiety, which made the situation more difficult to navigate clearly.
I am committed to complying with all transportation rules and will make every effort to ensure this never happens again. I kindly ask for your understanding and respectfully request that this incident not be escalated to criminal authorities or recorded in any public record, as this could have significant consequences for my future.
