Saver day pass ticket purchase error

Hello. I am a foreigner visiting Switzerland. I am having trouble purchasing a saver day passes ticket.

I am going to buy a saver day pass ticket for June 20.
There is no problem with the second-class ticket.
But the firsts-class ticket is failing to purchase.

When using a app error : purchase authorisation failed. An unknown error has occurred. Error code NTORDER-1
When using a chrome browser error : An error occurred while processing your query

Maybe there’s nothing wrong with my credit card.
A few days ago, I bought a first-class saver day pass ticket for the Jun 21.

I want to solve this problem.

To avoid the error on your Smartphone, please try the following steps:

I solved this problem.

There was an error when I tried to buy 2 tickets at the same time.
The first ticket I searched was 97CHF, and when I tried to buy 2 tickets, it was 194CHF.
There was an error when I paid 194CHF.

I bought one ticket separately, and there was no error, but the prices of the two tickets were 97CHF and 119CHF.

I’m looking forward to going to Switzerland.

So the problem was probably that only one ticket at 97 was still available, and you tried to buy both. And it looks like the system is not able to properly handle that situation.
