If you have an account, it should be possible to cancel the ticket within 30 minutes. You had perhaps a technical problem. Without an account it is not possible. Flonnathio72 Danhiel I asked you to delete a different post, not the one on this post. I was referring to a previous post – I pressed the “delete” button, but I can still see it hidden on my profile. I tried to cancel the ticket within 30 minutes and there was a technical error. I have also tried to submit both the form at https://sbb-tickets.cc/en/help-and-contact/customer-service/praise-comments/reklamation.html and at https://sbb-tickets.cc/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-form.html but I keep getting errors that look like this when I try to submit the forms (see below). I can’t find a contact email for SBB at the phone number isn’t working when I try to call from the united states.
