Hello,

I recently bought a GA 1 month pass under my Swiss Pass. I live in the United States. Will this pass be shipped to my U.S. address or do I just use the app to travel once I land in Switzerland. Thank you!

Good day and welcome to the SBB Community.

The card is delivered to a Swiss address or a neighbouring country. Please go to a SBB Travel Center after landing. The SBB Mobile App is not substituting your card, it is an electronic copy of it.

For anyone wondering the answer to this, the provided answer was NOT correct. I received my swiss card today in the mail. It was shipped to me although I live in the United States and not a neighboring country, thank you.

It is definitely not the ordinary procedure. But thanks for proving my advice to be wrong.
