I with my husband was traveling in Zurich from Rumlang to neuhausen rheunfall station with valid 2nd class tickets
We just boarded the train from Rumlang and my husband went to washroom and I was seated in 1st class by mistake just within a minute or two the officers came and asked for tickets I showed them the tickets and they said Its 1st class
I apologized and asked them to help me find way to 2nd class since I just boarded the train and was not aware
Still they fined me and my husband who was not even there 70 chf each
We are tourist here and we have been traveling since 20 days with all valid tickets
This was 1st time a genuine mistake The officers they were not ready to listen a word of what we said instead they threatened us if we speak more we will have to pay more they will take us to the police station . It was worst experience of our life our whole trip was ruined just by this incident
I have tickets which we bought at 16.21 pm and then the fine time is 16:33 pm
We went to the Zurich Hb staion SBB office but they did not even give us the token for conservation I have been trying to mail them since then but no help from anywhere
Please tell me where can I get some help
