I submmited a lost report, with reference number K2025/059018. The item has been found, but I cannot pick it up from the station because I am back to Portugal. Please let me how I can get it mailed to me. Initially, I requested a personal pick-up, but I have to change it to mailing. However, the report link is no longer available since the item has been found. Therefore, I submitted another report with the number K2025/077401 requesting a mailing service.
If I cannot get it resolved by by 05/15/2025, my item will be disposed. Your help is deeply appreciated.
