Easy ride de-register

After trying it out and forgetting to swipe on the way home figured its not for me. Therefore i dont want it in my app anymore. How do i de-register fr. IT?

Welcome to the SBB Community.

Simply do not use it any more and turn it off in the SBB Mobile app settings (other settings).

However, you should not deregister from greetings. We love to hear that before being asked a question.

In my app I don’t seem to be able to change the setting - also logged cinema tovseecwheterci can change it within NY profile of sbb on the website. I want to “withdraw” the consecenevi’ve given sbb for the easyride. I don’t want to seexanymore in the app. Any ideas - or do I need to contact customer service?

Simply do not use it anymore. SBB will not charge you if you do not use it.

The Easy Ride tab cannot be hidden. You have to uninstall and reinstall the SBB Mobile app to at least reset the Easy Ride tab to the ‘welcome’ screen.
