Hello, we are going to Geneva from Helsinki on June 3.
We bought three round-trip tickets from Geneva to Interlaken on June 3 on SBB Mobile. I created a SwissPass account but didn’t get the customer number.
Then the tickets are not shown anywhere, no email, or on the SBB Mobile.
What shall we do now? How to get the SwissPass Card (we are not in Geneva)? How to display the tickets on SBB Mobile?
