I don't see any seat assignment details.

I have a Swiss Travel Pass buied in korea. I have assigned a seats for 2 people, but I can’t find the details of the seat in my order.

Also, the payment was made twice. Therefore, I ask the questions below.

I orderd seat reservation on 27, Feb. 2023.

Departure: Interlaken ost, Arrival: domodossola( 2nd class)

Q: How can I check my order history? the email was not come.

Q: Can I get a refund for the double payment?

If you placed the order on sbb-tickets.cc with a Swisspass login, you will find all orders in the login on sbb-tickets.cc.
If you bought them on sbb-tickets.cc without a login, you need to check your email inbox (possibly also spam or junk folder). If you did not receive an email, the purchase may not have been completed. If you made the order on another website, you need to contact their contact point. You can get all detailed information about orders on sbb-tickets.cc directly at the SBB counter or by calling the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 or from abroad +41 51 225 78 00.
