I have purchased saver day pass for 12th june. On that day I am travelling from Luzern to Interlaken via Luzern interlaken express train and then later in the day take a Lake Brienz cruise tour offered by BLS. Then, maybe a bus journey back to hotel or so in interlaken. 1. Do I need to buy any separate ticket for Luzern interlaken express train? Or any reservation of seats? 2. Do I need to buy cruise tickets? 3. Do I need to register anywhere for these or just hop on to these on time? Thank you in advance.

Not. That is a normal service train. Just find your train, and get on.

Do I need to buy cruise tickets?

No. Just find the boat you want to take, and get on…

Note that you could for example travel Luzern - Brienz by train, then Brienz - Interlaken by boat. And then in Interlaken indeed hop on whatever gets you to your hotel.
