Half Fare Travelcard adults, status: cancelled

Dear all,

I have a 1-year halftax abo, Last year I set it to expire in June 2025, instead of the automatic yearly renewal.
It is possible now to extend the abo of 1 further year from abroad (Italy) or this can be done only at a SBB station? I have been trying to call the SBB number with no luck and I did not find a way to it myself on the SBB or Swisspass portals.

Thanks a lot. Yes I called and solved: basically for international customers the contract is cancelled automatically, but I could buy another halbtax for 1 year from the sbb platform (not the swisspass platform).
