I’m trying to arrange the express door-to-door luggage transfer service and would really appreciate your advice on how to proceed with the payment successfully.
I’ve input all the required hotel-to-hotel information, including addresses and dates, and was able to add the service to the cart for multiple transfer dates without any issues. However, the problem arises on the payment page. It appears to require an address, assuming my billing address, but the country selection is limited to Switzerland and Luxembourg. I’m based in the USA and cannot proceed with the payment as there is no option to select the United States.
Could you please advise on what I might be doing wrong or how to complete the transaction correctly? I would really love to arrange this luggage transfer and appreciate any guidance you can provide.
