I lost my item on May 7th, and on May 12th I received a notification that it had been found and would be stored at Grindelwald station. However, I have now returned to my home country as my trip has ended, and I would like to receive the item via international shipping.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any information about how to request international delivery or how to communicate my preferred method of receiving the item. Is there a way to submit an inquiry (e.g. through a Q&A form), or any other method to inform you of my shipping request?
