Hi. Because before train delayed, We can’t catch in 17:56 ,so we miss the train to Milan ,Can we change the time to 18:56？

Which train was delayed? And from where is your departure? We cannot read your mind.

For Italy, you need a new seat reservation. Best to get your ticket exchanged at the ticket desk in Switzerland.

Or, ask the train crew of the 18:56 whether they can accept you at short notice.
