I’m trying to buy tickets on the SBB mobile app for my family for a trip in a few weeks from Zurich HB to Grindelwald Terminal. I am selecting the Day saver pass. However, when I go to pay for tickets, a prompt pops up and says “Restriction on Ticket Purchases, due to technical problems, it is currently not possible to purchase tickets. Please try again later.” When I contacted SBB via chat, they said there were no technical issues on their side and to contact my credit card company to make sure they didn’t flag it. I contacted my credit card company and they said there were no issues on their side either. Has anyone had issues with this? I have attempted the purchase via the mobile app and website.
