Swiss Travel Pass Refund

I cancelled my swiss travel pass and the SBB screen shows refunded status. But, my credit card still does not show the refund. How long does it take for the refund to process?

We are a customer support forum run by volunteering travel experts, not the SBB Customer Service.

A refund may take mutiple days, it is manual work, and provided the Swiss Travel Pass was purchased from SBB.
