Physical copy of Swiss pass

Aloha, I live in Hawaii, USA and purchased a 8 days swiss travel pass for our upcoming trip on June 19, I received a QR code. I noticed that booking for Gornergrat required a physical copy of the pass to add on peak pass. How do I obtain a physical copy and how long does it take to get to Hawaii. Thank you.

You have misread. The information you have read is for residents holding the red SwissPass card.

SwissPass and Swiss Travel Pass is not the same.

SwissPass = for residents.
Swiss Travel Pass = for tourists.

You can pass the turnstiles using your ticket containing a QR code. If you can’t pass, the staff on-site can help.
