Hello, I’d bought a ticket wrongly on 2nd of May. And as soon as I notice it, I am sure in five minutes, I requested for the refund of the ticket through SBB application.
They sent me the auto-reply mail and it was included that refund will take 10days.
Although I waited for 12days, nothing happened.
Then I resent mail for requesting a refund and no response, so I sent mail again after one month.
SBB replied me my request is already closed.
What else can I do for refund?
