The annual one is usually auto-renewing as long as your billing address is located in Switzerland. In this case you’re getting a first Email invoice for the renewal fee 2 months before the expiration date.
So if you didn’t receive such a mail invoice yet, you should contact the SBB contact center via phone or chat.
