I’m trying to buy a group ticket for 14 people, from Basel EuroAirport, Ankunft to Basel, Bahnhof SBB Tue, 10.06.2025. Departure 11:13 and this erro message keeps appearing “An error occurred while processing your query.” What can I do?
Also, is this ticket valid for 2 hours? If we don’t get the 11:13 bus can we get the 11:36 bus (within the 2h window)?
