I live in Hong Kong and visited Switzerland last month. I went to the application form for compensation in the event of a delay from Zürich to München on 30 May 2025 but it required a blank account (IBAN) for transfer of compensation purpose. Unfortunately, the staffs of the banks in Hong Kong advised IBAN is not adopted in Hong Kong and only SWIFT is for bank transfer internationally. In such case, may I ask if the refund application still be proceeded if I provide the SWIFT account information or kindly advise method for the refund without IBAN account information if any.
