Greetings! We were on vacation in Europe for the first time and tried to buy all our rail passes on time. I made two separate purchases: one for the family and one for just one adult. The dates were selected. On one occasion, I tried to use the passes on one of the trains and was told that one of the tickets was invalid because the date had expired. I can’t explain what could have happened. I contacted them via chat, and they told me the ticket had expired and immediately told me that it had the purchase date. I can attach flight information for all our family members and proof of the other pass. I’m requesting a refund, as we’re from Puerto Rico and don’t know if we’ll have another opportunity to travel.
