TGV Lyria Children's discount with a 4 year old

Family recently relocated to Switzerland. We have a 4 year old and a 7 year old. In order to pay the fixed children’s fare for Lyria service from Switzerland to France, this link says children aged 4-6 need to have a children’s co-travel card or a junior travel card.

However, the children’s co-travelcard and junior travel card seem to require a minimum age of at least 6 years old, from this link:

The fare on my selected itinerary for the 4 year old is > 100 CHF, while the fare for my 7 year old (with a junior travel card) is only 39 CHF!

Welcome to Switzerland and welcome to the SBB Community.

The Junior Card is also available for 4 years old, for example to benefit from special discounts on international routes. It is necessary from the age of 6 for public transit use within Switzerland.

Can I give a personal advice, since you moved here recently? Keep in mind that niceties are very important in our culture. To send some greetings before asking for help is very much appreciated here 🙂
