Mistype name on my ticket – how can I correct it?

Hi,
I have purchased a ticket for an international SBB bus journey, but I noticed that there is a small typo in the passenger’s name (last name is incomplete). I would like to ask: Is it possible to correct a passenger’s name after purchase?
I would appreciate any guidance on what to do in such a case.

And I bought the ticket as a guest. Now the system doesn’t find it in orders.

If you bought the ticket as a guest there is indeed no way to find it in the system. Which is why you should not buy tickets as guest…

But anyway, if the error is small (errors up to 3 characters are tolerated) then there is nog going to be an issue.
