Jeyucues72 Hi i have purchased two swiss pass tickets from SBB official site and payment is confirmed on Forex Card but i did not get the ticket. I am located in India now, for some reason i am not able to call SBB customer care. Any thoughts?
RolandP Hello Jeyucues72 The payment was not successful. Please try again; make sure your card supports 3D secure ID and you fill in all credit card information in full capital letters. Kind regards, Roland
Krist If you fail to buy the passes on line just buy them when you are here. That is the easiest solution if you keep having issues with cards.
