It is not possible to amend the passenger information on a public transit ticket after its purchase. It would need a cancellation and repurchase, if the ticket type allows a cancellation at all.
It is ok to have up to three typos in the name, provided
- the ticket holder is still clearly recognisable (e.g. Liza instead of Lisa, Petr instead of Peter)
and
- all other personal information (name) is correct and as according to the passenger’s passport;
→ As with any e-ticket, you must have your physical passport or official identity card issued by your government with you at all times when using e-tickets. Photo copies or images on smartphones are not considered valid and are therefore not accepted during ticket checks.
