I have received an email notification that my lost item has been found, which was reported under the email address ………….. (reference number : K2025/…….)
currently, I am in South Korea and would like to kindly request international shipping of the item to my address in Korea. could you please let me know the procedure, any shipping fees, and how I can make the payment?
additionally, I want to check whether the airpods case, card wallet, cosmetic item(cushion compact) are still inside the bag.
