Names on tickets must match those on identity documents or passports. A simple name change is not possible for technical reasons. You have two options: purchase the tickets again for these two travelers and request a refund for the ones already purchased through our online form. Alternatively, upon arrival, you can visit any SBB counter and ask for the tickets to be officially validated by our staff. Here you can find our opening hours.
