Hi,
I lost a backpack on Zurich HB station. On reporting about it, I have received confirmation from SBB that item is ready for collection from the station.
However, since i am traveller i returned back to my home country. However, one of my friend will be visiting Zurich in October, Is it possible to request SBB to hold the bag till then?? If yes, whom do i contact to send the request for this??
