I need help because I made a purchase through Rhaetian Railway RhB for the Bernina Express train and I never received the QR code with the tickets. I only received this document. Could you help me? This is the reservation confirmation number 2649147-1

Bernina Express does not sell tickets, they sell seat resevations. You have to purchase the tickets separately.

All you have got is a seat reservation, it does not include the ticket as in Switzerland, the train ticket and the seat reservation are two separate documents; each has to be acquired / purchased individually.

I made a test. If you bought a ticket and not just a reservation, the ticket is not attached to the mail; you have to download it or add it to Apple Wallet:

That’s true, yet their ticket webshop is simply connected to the SBB ticket webshop. The number the OP provided is not for a ticket, it is for a seat reservation.
