Hi, it is a Savers day ticket.
(We are going from Zermatt to Como, each tickets says
(1) Regular offer International, 2nd class Zermatt - Visp, Bahnhof Süd,
(2) Smart2 (Incl. seat reservation), 2nd class Visp - Milano Centrale,
(3) BASE (Incl. seat reservation Visp - Milano Centrale), 2nd class Milano Centrale - Como S. Giovanni)
We accidentally bought the ticket for 27.10.2025 instead of 27.9.2025. In the “fare conditions” it states that “Exchange / refund possible.” but when I try to follow the steps on the help page for a refund it does absolutely nothing. I go into the ticket and hit the refund button it loads then the refund button disappears and nothing happens.
I even attempted to call the help number and I was unable to reach anyone.
