Half fare cancellation

Hi, I cancelled the half fare card subscription but it shows up that my half fare subscription will be terminated next year not right now. It seems like it got renewed for this year but I never paid for it. I still have the half fare status even though I didn’t pay for it. I am planning to plan a trip soon and I don’t know if I should get the full fare or half fare. Please help me.

If you failed to cancel the subscription in time, the subscription will run for another year, just as with any annual subscription. If you did not pay it yet, you should; otherwise you will face an enforcement.

Please check with SBB, go and see an agent at the ticket office, or ask via the SwissPass chat. If you travel with a ½ fare ticket while you do not have a valid half fare card, you will pay a surcharge of at least 75 CHF.
