Anyway, there is usually no refund from operators of mountain rides in case of service interruptions due to force majeure such as storms. See also the T&C of the Stoosbahnen available only in German (copy & paste into some online translator), see appendix 1, clause 4.
See also clauses 6.1 and 6.2 of the RailAway GTC (leisure offers), in case you got your pass there.
This is one of the reasons why we locals always recommend to NEVER EVER ‘book’ mountain rides in advance, but to wait until you’ve arrived and are sure that the weather will be fine. As such tickets or passes are just admission fees, not ‘bookings’, they will always be available at the same price until just minutes before departure. Chairlifts or cable cars etc. do never ‘sell out’.
