I had bought Arcobaleno monthly (100-110) for summer camp of my daughter in ViviLugano.

But, Vivilugano rejected our application in second day of the school because of my daughter health case.
We had bought this monthly ticker only for this reason because she has already had a subscription to travel with us. She have never used that monthly ticket.
Do we have chance to refund it? I couldn’t attach pdf files to show you the confirmation about this summer camp cancellation.
