Hello everyone, I have a rather belated question. I’m an international student, and my first entry was in February this year. At that time, I applied for a half-fare card at the Geneva Airport train station and also registered for SwissPass. However, it seems I only just realized that SwissPass has a physical card? But I don’t recall receiving a physical card from the staff at the time. Later, I’ve been using the SwissPass QR code from the app. Could it be that I overlooked it or perhaps didn’t receive it? How can I apply for a replacement physical card?
Currently, there seems to be an issue with my SwissPass app interface. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it says there’s a problem and can’t display the electronic card interface. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance 🙏
