Hi, we are going to Suiza in September. I purchased three Swiss Travel Passes and have order confirmations. Do we need a travel card to board the trains, or can I just present the confirmations? Should I do a verification? If so, how do I do it?. I am so worried, because we do not know what we have to do. I am registered with my email and password. How can I get the card? Do we need to be verified first? If so, how can I be verified?
Last question, Do I need to make reservations to take a train from St Moritz - Zurich or Zurich -Lucerna or from Lucerna - Zermat.

You should have received three electronic Swiss Travel Passes. They should contain a QR code, and that is basically all you need to travel
There are no pre boarding procedures. All that is required is that you are able to show this QR code to the train conductor or a ticket inspector when requested.

You do not need reservations to travel on Swiss Trains, and on most trains these are not possible anyway.

Keep in mind that you must have your physical passport with you while using the Swiss Travel Pass. The ticket inspector can anytime ask for your passport along with your Swiss Travel Pass. Photos or copies of your passport are not accepted.
