Poyoachooz25 4 times I purchased and used children tickets mistakenly voa SSB app. I and my wife selected ½ half fare card in the app, but my 2 children under 15 also selected the same. Indeed, I paid double. How to get refund? Thank you.

Each set must show the identical passenger name and date of birth. The decision whether a refund is granted lies with SBB, there is no guarantee given here, whatsoever. Kind regards, Roland
