Lost receipt for SBB Mondaine wall clock purchase..

Hi, I purchased a beautiful Mondaine SBB Swiss wall clock from the SBB office in the Zurich Airport last week. I lost the receipt which is necessary for registering my purchase online. Does anyone know how to obtain a duplicate receipt? I am in the USA now and it’s difficult for me to contact them by phone. Thanks!

Thank you, Roland, I used the link you provided but there is no opportunity to contact the SBB store with my request for a store receipt for wall clock purchase on 28 July 2025. This link/site only provides information about ticket purchases. Please advise. Should I phone the SBB store at Zurich airport?
