I booked a train journey from Switzerland to Paris. I hold valid Swiss Half Fare Card and Saver Day Passes.
While booking, I accidentally selected the “Junior Card” option for my son, assuming it would apply due to our Half Fare Travelcard (as the Swiss Family Card option was not available in the dropdown).However, now I understand the Junior Card is not the same as a Swiss Family Card and is not valid for this train journey.
Could you please advise:
How can I remove the Junior Card from his ticket?
How do I pay the correct ticket price for him
Is it possible to adjust the child’s ticket without canceling the entire booking?
Is there any discount available for the Swiss Half Fare card for Basel to Paris train ticket?
