Dear SBB Lost and Found Team,
I recently lost my wallet while traveling in Switzerland and immediately reported it to SBB. At the time, I was still in Switzerland, so I chose to collect it at Zürich station. However, I didn’t receive any updates and have since returned to Korea.
Today, I received an email stating that my wallet has been found (Finding F2025/077596).
I would like to ask if it is possible to have it shipped to Korea.
I’m willing to cover all the shipping costs and other costs.
Could you please let me know how I can proceed or who I should contact for further assistance?
